目的调查某三甲医院就诊病人的乙型病毒性肝炎(简称乙肝)相关知识、态度和行为的状况,为医院制定科学有效的乙肝宣教措施提供依据。方法应用自行设计的调查问卷对某三甲医院就诊病人进行现况调查。结果不同文化程度病人的乙肝相关知识存在差异。表现在具体问题如“乙肝孕妇会将病毒传染给其孩子”、“与乙肝病毒感染者共用注射器会感染”、“乙肝病人通过规范治疗能控制病情发展”、“乙肝能引起肝硬化”、“乙肝能引起肝癌”、“接种乙肝疫苗能预防乙肝病毒感染”等问题的知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在“您觉得乙肝病毒感染者可以结婚、生孩子吗”的态度以及“是否接种过乙肝疫苗”的行为方面,不同文化程度病人的应答差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院就诊病人的乙肝相关知识、态度和行为因病人接受教育程度不同存在差异,医院针对病人开展乙肝相关知识宣教的同时需要结合病人的具体特征拟定针对性的乙肝宣教模式。
Objective To investigate the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of patients with hepatitis B (referred to as hepatitis B) in a top-three hospital for the purpose of providing a basis for the hospital to formulate a scientific and effective hepatitis B education program. Methods The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the current situation of patients in a top-three hospital. Results There were differences in hepatitis B related knowledge among patients with different education levels. Manifested in specific issues such as “Hepatitis B pregnant women will be infected with the virus to their children ”, “Hepatitis B virus infection will share common syringes”, “Hepatitis B patients through standardized treatment to control the progression of the disease Can cause cirrhosis ”,“ hepatitis B can cause liver cancer ”,“ vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine can prevent hepatitis B virus infection ”and other issues awareness difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There were significant differences in responses between patients with different education levels (P <0.05) in the attitude of “Do you think hepatitis B virus infection can marry and have children?” And “Whether or not to inoculate hepatitis B vaccine.” Conclusion The hepatitis B related knowledge, attitude and behavior of hospitalized patients are different due to different levels of patient education. The hospital needs to formulate targeted hepatitis B education mode in combination with the specific characteristics of patients while carrying out the education of hepatitis B related knowledge to patients.
