目的观察合理护理对鼻饲患者减少反流及误吸的效果。方法采用随机数字表法将我院2016年1月~2017年1月行鼻饲的50例患者分为对照组(常规护理)及观察组(合理护理)各25例,比较两组反流及误吸发生率。结果观察组反流发生率12%、误吸发生率8%,同期对照组反流发生率24%、误吸发生率20%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予鼻饲患者合理护理可明显降低反流以及误吸发生率,为临床工作顺利开展提供有力帮助,值得进一步推广使用。
Objective To observe the effect of reasonable nursing to reduce reflux and aspiration in nasal feeding patients. Methods Fifty patients undergoing nasal feeding from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group (25 cases) and observation group (25 cases) Suction rate. Results In the observation group, the incidence of reflux was 12%, the rate of aspiration was 8%, that of the control group was 24% and the rate of aspiration was 20%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions The reasonable care given to patients with nasal feeding can significantly reduce the incidence of reflux and aspiration, which is helpful for the smooth development of clinical work and is worth further promotion.
