研究了预化学镀镍时间对铝制电子元件表面Ni-P镀层结合力、孔隙率、表面形貌和电化学性能的影响,并分析了影响镀层耐腐蚀性能的影响因素及其作用机理。结果表明,在预化学镀镍时间为3~10 min时,镀层与铝基材的结合力较好;随着预化学镀镍时间的延长,镀层中的孔隙率呈现先降低而后上升的趋势,在预化学镀镍时间为5 min时镀层中基本没有孔隙;随着预化学镀镍时间的延长,镀层的腐蚀电位呈现先正向移动而后负向移动的趋势,在预化学镀镍时间为5 min时取得腐蚀电位最正,且此时的腐蚀电流密度也达到最小值;预化学镀镍时间为5 min时镀层具有最佳的耐腐蚀性能。
The effects of pre-electroless nickel plating time on the adhesion, porosity, surface morphology and electrochemical performance of Ni-P coatings on aluminum electronic components were investigated. The influencing factors and mechanism of corrosion resistance of coatings were analyzed. The results show that the bonding strength between the coating and the aluminum substrate is good when pre-electroless nickel plating time is 3 to 10 min. With the pre-electroless nickel plating time increasing, the porosity in the coating decreases first and then increases, In the pre-electroless nickel plating time is 5 min, there is almost no porosity in the coating; with the pre-electroless nickel plating time, the corrosion potential of the coating shows a positive first move and then a negative move. In the pre-electroless nickel plating time is 5 min, the corrosion potential was the most positive, and the corrosion current density reached the minimum at this time. The coating had the best corrosion resistance performance when pre-electroless nickel plating time was 5 min.
