在促进学生全面健康成长成才过程中,中学班主任肩负着不可替代的重要作用,但中学班主任也面临着工作压力持续增加、职业倦怠明显、专业化水平不高的问题。实施班主任轮换制有利于减轻班主任工作压力,提高班主任专业化水平,加强班主任队伍建设。而探索中学班主任轮换制需要从实施“倒班制”的管理机制、建立“分工协作+师徒结对”式的工作机制、完善专业化的能力培养、健全人性化的评价机制4个方面入手。
