Redox reactions play an important role in the learning of middle school chemistry and are the focus of chemistry learning. In the current teaching practice, although the students have been trained for a long time, they still have unclear understanding of concepts. Combining with the “active single-study” teaching mode in Rugao, Jiangsu Province, the author designed the teaching content as a series of student activities and achieved effective results.
