模块化分工是媒体融合的产业基础,是实现媒体融合的真正途径,即打破固有边界,促进资源与要素的优化整合,以用户需求为导向重构产业价值链。具体来说,基于模块化分工的传媒整合战略,在生产上,要求有效化解“生产统一性”与“用户个性化”的矛盾;在组织上,要求坚持统一与分散的原则,最大限度地激励创新;在价值链上,要求以企业的利益与市场的需求共同协调管理生产。
Modular division of labor is the industrial foundation for media convergence and the true way to realize media convergence.
