目的:探讨野马追(Lindley eupatoriumherb)对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响及及作用途径。方法:高脂饲料制备高脂血症大鼠模型,于高脂饲料分别添加辛伐他汀2.2mg/kg,野马追45.12g/kg,22.56g/kg,11.28g/kg处理。实验8周后检测血脂水平、血流变学参数、血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)及血管内皮舒张因子(NO)的水平。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠血脂水平和血粘度明显升高;与模型组相比,各给药组大鼠血脂水平和血粘度明显降低,血清中SOD活力升高,过氧化脂质产物MDA的含量降低,NO含量明显升高,且有明显的剂量-效应关系。结论:野马追在高脂血症大鼠体内发挥抗氧化和降低血粘度作用,从而调节血脂水平,改善血管内皮功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Lindley eupatorium herb on blood lipid level in experimental hyperlipidemic rats and its action pathway. METHODS: Hyperlipidemia rat model was prepared with high-fat diet. Simvastatin 2.2 mg/kg was added to high-fat diet, and wild horse chase 45.12 g/kg, 22.56 g/kg, and 11.28 g/kg. After 8 weeks of experiment, blood lipid levels, blood rheological parameters, serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) and vascular endothelial relaxing factor (NO) levels were measured. RESULTS: Compared with the normal control group, the blood lipid level and blood viscosity of the model group were significantly higher. Compared with the model group, the blood lipid level and blood viscosity of the rats in each group were significantly decreased, and the SOD activity in the serum was increased. Lipid product MDA content decreased, NO content increased significantly, and there was a clear dose-effect relationship. Conclusion: Wild horse chase can exert antioxidation and reduce blood viscosity in rats with hyperlipidemia, so as to regulate blood lipid level and improve endothelial function.
