高职教师专业工作生活质量表现在专业教学工作、专业实践工作、职教理论学习、学校文化建设与职业压力、继续教育专业学习五个方面。按照我国七大地理区域选取1398名高职教师调查对象,调查分析我国高职教师专业工作生活质量现状,基于性别、年龄、教龄、职称等因素与专业工作生活质量间的关系,提出提高我国高职教师的专业工作生活质量的对策,呼吁政府、教育行政部门、学校、企业和教师自身共同努力,提高高职教师专业工作生活质量,促进其专业发展。
The professional work life quality of higher vocational teachers is manifested in five aspects: professional teaching work, professional practice work, vocational education theory study, school culture construction and occupation pressure, continuing education major study. According to the survey of 1398 vocational teachers in seven geographical regions of our country, the author investigates and analyzes the status quo of the quality of professional work life of teachers in higher vocational colleges in our country. Based on the relationship between the factors such as sex, age, teaching age, professional title and professional quality of work life, Vocational teachers, professional quality of life measures, called on the government, education administration, schools, businesses and teachers to work together to improve the quality of professional work and life of professional teachers to promote their professional development.
