提出一种基于图像处理和模式识别的电力系统网络图识别方法。通过该方法可识别电力系统网络图等标量图像中的元件符号并将之转换为矢量图像,得到每个元件各端口的坐标位置,并根据端口位置来确定彼此间的连接关系,从而自动生成该网络图的原始拓扑。
A power system network map recognition method based on image processing and pattern recognition is proposed.
