目的:探讨氨溴特罗片与阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎患儿的临床疗效及其对炎症因子和免疫功能的影响。方法:选取2012年9月—2016年7月间收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿82例患儿,将其分为对照组40例和观察组42例;两组患儿均予祛痰、平喘、解热等基础治疗,在此基础上对照组患儿加用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上加用氨溴特罗治疗;比较两组患者治疗后的总有效率、炎症因子(TNF-α、IL-8)和免疫功能(CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)各指标改善情况。结果:治疗后,患儿CD4、CD4/CD8测得值高于治疗前,而CD8测得值则低于治疗前(P<0.05);两组患儿TNF-α、IL-8测得值均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患儿CD4、CD4/CD8测得值高于对照组(P<0.05),CD8、TNF-α、IL-8测得值低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后的总有效率为92.86%高于对照组为77.50%(P<0.05)。结论:氨溴特罗片与阿奇霉素联用治疗支原体肺炎患儿,可显著改善机体免疫功能,促进炎症各指标的改善,临床疗效较为显著。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of amiloride and azithromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumonia and its effect on inflammatory factors and immune function. Methods: 82 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted from September 2012 to July 2016 were divided into control group (n = 40) and observation group (n = 42). Both groups were given expectorant and asthma , Antipyretic and other basic treatment, on the basis of the control group of children treated with azithromycin, the observation group of children in the control group based on the use of ambroxol treatment; compared two groups of patients after treatment, the total effective rate of inflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-8) and immune function (CD4, CD8, CD4 / CD8) of various indicators to improve the situation. Results: After treatment, CD4, CD4 / CD8 measured in children was higher than before treatment, while CD8 measured value was lower than before treatment (P <0.05); TNF-α and IL-8 in two groups (P <0.05). The measured values of CD4 and CD4 / CD8 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05), and the measured values of CD8, TNF-α and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group Group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 92.86% higher than that of the control group (77.50%, P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of ambroxol and azithromycin in children with mycoplasma pneumonia can significantly improve the immune function and promote the improvement of various indexes of inflammation, and the clinical effect is significant.
