在住宅建设中,为了营造一个有独特风格、有一定内涵的居住小区,设计者往往苦于搞创新,并较重视建筑平面的实用性与建筑立面的视觉效果,房产开发商则较注重于开发项目的经济效果,而对多层住宅的安全性及可能产生的隐患却很少顾及,无意中忽略了建筑的抗震能力,致使有的项目为确保建筑的安全性而付出了太多的代价。笔者通过对近几年住宅房型的统计分析,从结构设计上,总结了抗震方面存在的隐患与不利因素,并提出了加强的措施,以求引起有关方面重视。
In housing construction, in order to create a residential area with a unique style and a certain connotation, designers are often struggling to innovate and pay more attention to the practicability of the architectural plane and the visual effects of the building facade. Real estate developers are more focused on development. The economic effect of the project, but little attention to the safety of the multi-storey residential building and possible hidden dangers, inadvertently neglected the earthquake resistance of the building, resulting in some projects to pay too much to ensure the safety of the building. The author through the statistical analysis of residential housing types in recent years, from the structural design, summed up the hidden dangers and unfavorable factors in the earthquake, and put forward the measures to strengthen, in order to attract the attention of relevant parties.
