用相际交联方法制备了微胶囊。用此微胶囊包埋α—淀粉酶,并对淀粉进行了液化试验。优化了微胶囊的制备条件,重复液化试验表明:微胶囊固定物的酶重复用性能较好。
The microcapsules were prepared by the cross-linking method. Alpha-amylase was encapsulated with this microcapsule and starch was liquefied. The preparation conditions of the microcapsules were optimized. The repeated liquefaction tests showed that the microcapsules immobilized enzyme had better performance of enzyme repetition.
