配送中心是实行连锁经营必不可少的设施,无论本公司(本企业)建立的配送中心,还是委托经营性配送中心或利用共同配送设施,对商业连锁经营公司而言,都要从适应市场需求、满足消费者的角度出发,千方百计地从降低物流成本,提高进货效益,扩大销售等方面考虑,即从本公司连锁经营的整体效益考虑。 一、建立或利用配送中心的前提条件 1.地区集中建店 企业实行连锁经营的基本政策和连锁化战略目的,是提高物流的效率化,降低物流成本。而实现物流的效率化,就要制定地区集中建店的策略。即在一定的地区内,一边集中性地增加连锁店(加盟店),一边不断地扩展建店地区,通过地区集中建店以缩短商店间的距离,缩短每次配送
