碘聚乙二醇复合物毒性试验表明,其小鼠口服LD_(50)为1302mg/kg,经皮LD_(50)大于24950mg/kg,属低毒类或基本无害类物质;对小鼠具有轻度蓄积作用;1％溶液对家兔皮肤无急性刺激作用;对豚鼠皮肤无致敏作用;0.025％溶液对家兔眼睛无刺激作用。
