采用三维取向分布函数,对于三种不同成分的Ti处理的ELC-BH钢板退火织构进行了研究,得出该板中Ti含量过低或过高均削弱γ纤维织构发展,P含量过高也对γ纤维织构发展不利,只有适当控制它们的含量,才能有利于γ纤维织构的发展,提高深冲性能。
The three-dimensional orientation distribution function was used to study the annealing texture of Ti-treated ELC-BH steel with three different compositions. It is concluded that the Ti content is too low or too high, both weaken the development of γ fiber texture and the P content is too high But also unfavorable to the development of γ-fiber texture. Only by proper control of their content can it be beneficial to the development of γ-fiber texture and improve the deep-drawing property.
