高校图书馆对大学生的读者服务工作长期处于低层次,作者通过对现状原因分析、思考,提出改变现状的努力方向:提高图书馆地位和人员整体素质,加大资金投入及转变服务观念从而提升读者服务层次。
The university library has a long-term low-level service to college students. Through analyzing and thinking on the status quo, the author puts forward the direction of efforts to change the status quo: to improve the status of the library and the overall quality of personnel, to increase funding and change service concepts so as to enhance the readership Service level.
