班主任是全面负责学生的思想、学习、生活等工作的教师,是引领班集体的教育者和组织者。近几年,由于家长对教育的普遍重视,基础好、学习习惯好的学生大都进入城市重点中学,而留在乡下学校的学生普遍综合素质都不高。这就更加大了农村初中学校教师管理的难度,特别是给班主任工作带来新的挑战。为此,本文从五个方面谈了体会。 Class teacher is fully responsible for student thinking, learning, living and other work of teachers, is to lead the collective educator and organizer.
