本文共温习53例肝癌病例,17例应用氟尿嘧啶脱氧核苷肝动脉滴注,治疗时间为1～74周,平均21周。18例全身用药治疗。所用药物为氟尿嘧啶,5例为氟尿嘧啶和长春花硷合并治疗。全身性化学治疗的18例无一例有客观疗效;而连续应用氟尿嘧啶脱氧核苷滴注的16例中9例有自觉及客观疗效。从肝动脉滴注开始
A total of 53 cases of liver cancer were studied in this study, and 17 cases were treated with hepatic arterial infusion of 5-fluorouracil. The treatment time was 1 to 74 weeks with an average of 21 weeks. 18 cases of systemic medication. The drug used was fluorouracil, and 5 cases were combined with fluorouracil and vinblastine. None of the 18 patients with systemic chemotherapy had objective efficacy; 9 of the 16 patients who received continuous fluorouracil infusions had conscious and objective results.
