目的:测定元胡中多种微量元素的含量,为研究金属元素在元胡中的含量与药用功能提供有效的数据。方法:采用标准曲线法用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中微量元素的含量。结果:方法的加标回收率在99.00%~101.7%范围内,RSD(n=6)在1.49%~1.88%之间。结论:测定方法简单易行,方便快捷。
Objective: To determine the contents of various trace elements in Yuanhu and provide effective data for studying the content and medicinal functions of metallic elements in Yuanhu. Methods: The content of trace elements in samples was determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry using standard curve method. Results: The recoveries of the method were in the range of 99.00% to 101.7%, and the RSD (n=6) was between 1.49% and 1.88%. Conclusion: The determination method is simple, convenient and quick.
