目的了解高师毕业生即将离校的情绪状态,为做好毕业生的指导工作提供依据。方法本研究选用《艾森克情绪稳定性测检》中抑郁和焦虑因子对104名高师本科生及51名非毕业班大学生进行调查研究。结果不同性别、年龄、生源地的毕业生在焦虑、抑郁上差异没有统计学意义;毕业生在抑郁因子上显著的低于非毕业班学生,在焦虑因子上显著的高于非毕业班学生;不同学校毕业生在焦虑、抑郁二个因子上差异有统计学意义;毕业后不同去向的毕业生在抑郁、焦虑二个因子上的差异有统计学意义。结论应重视并加强对毕业生的离校情绪的教育管理工作。
Objective To understand the emotional state of graduates from high schools and to provide guidance for the guidance of graduates. Methods In this study, we selected 104 undergraduates of undergraduates and 51 non-graduating students from Depression and Anxiety Factors in the Eysenck Test of Emotion Stability. Results There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression between graduates of different sexes, ages and places of origin. Graduates were significantly lower in depression than non - graduating students and significantly higher in anxiety factors than non - graduating students. The difference of anxiety and depression among different school graduates was statistically significant. There were significant differences in the two factors of depression and anxiety among graduates from different places after graduation. Conclusion It is important to pay attention to and strengthen education and management of the graduation mood of graduates.
