何谓体验式德育?目前教育界尚没有明确的定论,正因为如此,我们才更有探究的价值和意义。所谓体验,就是让学生在实践中以“身”体之,以“心”验之,以生活实践为基础的一种重要教育形式。体验式德育就是以组织和引导学生在亲身实践中,把做人做事的基本道理内化为健康的心理品格,转化为良好的行为习惯的过程。它强调学生要回归生活,亲自参与,在体验中感悟,在感悟中内化,提高思想认识,促进道德行为的成长。“学习不是知识由老师向学生的传递,而是学生建构自己知识的过程,学生不是被动的信息吸收者,而是意义的主动建构者,这种建构不可能由他人来代替。”惩罚也是如此,只有把惩罚内化为学生自己的行为准则和道德要求才是有效的教育。下面笔者就几种教育中常见的问题谈谈自己初浅的认识。
What is experiential moral education? At present, there is no clear conclusion in the education field. Because of this, we can explore more the value and significance. The so-called experience, is to enable students in practice to “body ” body to “heart ” experience, based on life practice as an important form of education. Experiential moral education is the process of organizing and guiding students to transform the basic truths of doing things into healthy mental qualities into good habits in their own hands. It emphasizes that students should return to life, participate personally, feel in experience, internalize in perception, raise their thinking and promote the growth of moral behavior. “Learning is not the transfer of knowledge from the teacher to the student, but the process of students building their own knowledge. Students are not passive information absorbers, but active constructors of meaning. Such constructions can not be replaced by others.” The same is true, and only internalizing punishment as a student’s own code of conduct and moral requirements is effective education. The following author on several common problems in education to talk about their own understanding.
