心得宁(Practolol)由于对肾上腺素能β_1受体有较明显的选择作用,引起支气管收缩的不良反应较少,曾用于治疗心律失常等,以代替较老的心得安。但近来发现心得宁有多种心脏外的不良反应,甚至是很严重的:用药者发生类似牛皮癣的皮疹;引起类似系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的综合征,而且在病人证明有狼疮细胞及抗核抗体;出现与SLE综合征有关的肾病综合征。又还有多例眼干燥皮疹综合症病人。 Farr MJ等报告,1例近3年来因阵发性心律失常,除毛地黄制剂外,每日服心得宁0.4～0.6克。患者先视物不清,臂及躯体出现
Practolol has been used to treat arrhythmia and the like in place of older propranolol because of its obvious selective effect on the adrenergic β 1 -receptor and less adverse reactions to bronchoconstriction. Recently, however, it has been found that many adverse cardiac reactions are even worsened: the patient develops a rash similar to psoriasis; causes a syndrome such as systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and shows signs of lupus and anti Nuclear antibodies; nephrotic syndrome associated with SLE syndrome. There are still many cases of dry eye rash syndrome patients. Farr MJ and other reports, 1 case of paroxysmal arrhythmia in the past 3 years, hair removal preparations, the daily service experience 0.4-0.6 grams.
