果蔬热导率测试系统设计和试验

果蔬的热导率是农业生产加工领域中重要的热物性参数。传统测量方法存在许多难以克服的困难,造成测试数据离散度大,难以有效指导生产实际。阐述了一种新型热探针测试系统的测量原理、测控电路和采取的抗干扰措施,试验数据证明该系统用于测试果蔬热导率的准确性和可靠性,具有良好的应用前景。
