随着医疗体制改革的不断深入,加上国家对于医院财务管理规范的修订完善,原有的医院财务管理模式已经与医院经营要求、经营环境不相匹配,财务管理水平持续走低。财务管理在医院健康发展中地位非常重要,新形势下医院财务管理暴露出来的诸多问题折射出来了当前医院财务管理模式的不合时宜。在这种情况下,如何顺应时代发展的要求,解决好财务管理方面的问题,实现财务管理水平的不断提升,这成为了医院经营管理面对的重要课题。本文对于新形势下医院财务管理面临的挑战进行了探讨,系统归纳分析医院财务管理中出现的典型问题,围绕这些问题来进行医院财务管理水平提升策略的具体探讨,以期为医院财务健康的实现提供理论层面的指导。
With the continuous deepening of medical system reform and the revision of the hospital’s financial management standards, the original hospital’s financial management model has not matched the operating requirements of the hospital and the business environment, and the financial management level has been declining. The status of financial management in the healthy development of the hospital is very important. Under the new situation, many problems exposed by the financial management of the hospital reflect the out-of-date financial management mode of the hospital. Under such circumstances, how to comply with the requirements of the development of the times, solve problems in financial management and achieve continuous improvement in the level of financial management has become an important issue for hospital management. This article discusses the challenges faced by the hospital financial management in the new situation, and systematically summarizes the typical problems that appear in the hospital financial management. Based on these issues, it discusses the strategy of enhancing the financial management of the hospital, with a view to providing the hospital with financial health Theoretical guidance.
