教师是课堂教学的设计师。然而,作为幼儿教师她不光是课堂教学的设计师、更是一个演员、一个魔术师。因为从某种意义上说,讲课是一种演说、是一门表演艺术。一个好的教师要像演员、魔术师那样,上了讲台就要“进入角色”、“目中无人”。一方面尽可能的“手舞足蹈”、“眉飞色舞”进行一场绘声绘色的讲演或进行一场神奇多变的魔术。这样,孩子们的注意力会被教师的眼色神情所吸引,不知不觉地进入到变幻莫测的课堂教学中来。下面就以幼儿美术课堂教学实践的角度,谈谈在幼儿园课堂教学中如何让课堂教学活起来。
