1999年4月～2000年4月,我院应用降纤酶治疗急性缺血性脑血管病患者42例,疗效满意,现报告如下。 资料与方法:全部病例均符合1986年全国脑血管病会议制定的诊断标准。入选病例随机分为两组,其中治疗组42例,男14例,女28例。同时对年龄、既往史、伴发病评分,其标准参照1995年全国第四届脑血管病会议通过的附件一、附件二,两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)有可比性。治疗方法:治疗组按开始用药离发病的时间长短分为三组,即6小时内、12～24小时、24小时。降纤酶10U加入生理盐水250ml内,静滴1小时以上,每日1次,连用4日;胞二磷胆碱1g静滴,每日1次,连用15日。对照组:低分子右旋糖酐内加入维脑路
