文化自觉是费孝通先生提出的概念。校长的文化自觉是校长和他的领导团队在追求学校创新发展中对学校深刻的文化思考和积极实践,体现在校长在办学过程中的思想观念和行为方式的主动选择上。校长是否具有文化自觉,决定着一所学校文化发展的深度和厚度,决定着一所学校办学的质量和水平。从今天的社会大环境和教育所承担的使命来看,要格外强调校长的文化自觉,这是社会对办教育者回归教育
Cultural consciousness is the concept proposed by Mr. Fei Xiaotong. The principal’s cultural consciousness is the schoolmaster’s deep cultural thinking and positive practice in pursuing the innovation and development of the school as reflected in the initiative of the principal and his leadership team in the concept and behavior of the school running process. Whether the headmaster has cultural awareness determines the depth and thickness of a school culture determines the quality and level of running a school. From today’s social environment and the mission undertaken by education, we must place special emphasis on the principal’s cultural awareness. This is the social return of educators to education
