为了削减油耗并降低排气中的污染物而开发了A重油和木粉混烧技术。该技术可以降低排气中的CO浓度和A重油产生的碳烟浓度。木粉的制造成本取决于木粉的直径大小:小直径木粉需要较高的制造能源,大直径木粉将导致低燃烧效率和严重的污染物。本文的目的是评价用于混合燃烧的最佳木粉直径,并对3种不同直径木粉进行了试验,讨论了木粉直径对混烧燃烧特性的影响。
In order to reduce fuel consumption and reduce emissions of pollutants and the development of A heavy oil and wood flour mixing technology. This technique reduces the CO concentration in the exhaust gas and the soot concentration produced by the A heavy oil. The manufacturing cost of wood flour depends on the diameter of the wood flour: small diameter wood flour requires higher manufacturing energy, and large diameter wood flour results in low combustion efficiency and severe contaminants. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the optimum wood flour diameter for mixed combustion. Three different diameters of wood flour were tested. The effects of wood flour diameter on the combustion characteristics were discussed.
