近些年来,工学结合人才培养模式已经成为了现阶段我国高职教育人才培养模式的重要发展趋势,而该模式在经历了一段时间的实践与发展之后也有了突出的进步。与此同时,这一模式也对学生党建工作提出了更高的要求。对此,本文分析了当前工学结合人才培养模式下高职院校党建工作的发展情况和即将要面临的问题,并提出了做好党建工作的对策。 In recent years, the mode of combining engineering with learning has become an important trend of talent training in higher vocational education in our country at present, and the model has made outstanding progress after a period of practice and development.
