【目的】观察补肾壮骨冲剂对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠骨组织形态学的影响。【方法】选用SD大鼠随机分为5组:假手术组,模型组,阳性对照组(仙灵骨葆胶囊,剂量为1.1 g.kg-1.d-1),补肾壮骨冲剂高、低剂量组(中药高、低剂量组,剂量分别为2.5、0.83 g.kg-1.d-1),每组雌雄大鼠各12只。各组在施行去势手术2周后给药,连续13周检测各组大鼠的胫骨近端骨小梁面积百分比、厚度、数目,骨小梁分离度。【结果】模型组雌性大鼠的胫骨近端骨小梁面积百分比、厚度、数目均显著减小(P<0.01),骨小梁分离度显著增加(P<0.01);雄性大鼠骨小梁面积百分比、数目均显著减小(P<0.01),骨小梁分离度显著增加(P<0.01),骨小梁厚度无显著改变(P>0.05)。中药高剂量组雌性大鼠骨小梁数目显著增加(P<0.05),骨小梁分离度显著减少(P<0.05),雄性大鼠骨组织形态指标均无显著改变(P>0.05)。中药低剂量组和阳性对照组雌雄大鼠骨组织形态指标与模型组比较差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。【结论】高剂量补肾壮骨冲剂能对抗雌性大鼠去势后所引起的胫骨近端骨小梁面积百分比与数目减少以及分离度增加,对雄性大鼠去势后所引起的骨质疏松无明显改善。
【Objective】 To observe the effect of Bushen Zhuanggu granule on bone histomorphology in ovariectomized rats. 【Methods】 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups: sham-operation group, model group and positive control group (Xianling Gubao Capsule, 1.1 g.kg-1.d-1) Low dose group (Chinese medicine high and low dose group, the dose was 2.5,0.83 g.kg-1.d-1), each group of 12 male and female rats. The rats in each group were administered 2 weeks after castration surgery. The trabecular area, the thickness and the number of the proximal tibia in each group were measured for 13 weeks. The trabecular separation was performed. 【Results】 The percentage of trabecular area, thickness and number of proximal tibia in model group were significantly decreased (P <0.01), the trabecular separation was significantly increased (P <0.01) (P <0.01). The trabecular separation was significantly increased (P <0.01), while the trabecular thickness was not significantly changed (P> 0.05). The number of trabecular in female rats increased significantly (P <0.05), the trabecular separation was significantly reduced (P <0.05), and there was no significant change in the morphological index of bone in male rats (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in bone morphological parameters between the low dose group and the positive control group (P> 0.05). 【Conclusion】 The high-dose Bushen Zhuanggu granule can counteract the decrease of percentage and number of trabecular area and the separation of the proximal tibia after castration in female rats. Significant improvement.
