新教材提出了教师不能单兵作战,而要与更多的人,在更大的空间,用更加平等的方式来从事教学工作。因此,教师在课程改革中将面临着“四个合作”和“五个具备”等多种素质的挑战。
The new textbook proposes that teachers cannot fight a single soldier, but must work with more people in a larger space in a more equal manner. Therefore, teachers will face challenges such as “four cooperations” and “five possessing” in curriculum reform.
