电视传媒业虽然是高垄断行业,但也存在着激烈的竞争,那么如何应对竞争是从业人员的一大问题。本文在某电视台的调查分析的基础上提出了用岗位管理对电视台人员进行管理,供从业人员参考。
Although the television media industry is a high monopoly industry, but there is also fierce competition, then how to deal with competition is a major issue practitioners. Based on the investigation and analysis of a television station, this paper proposes the management of television station personnel by using post management for the reference of practitioners.
