V. JFET Field-Effect Transistor (JFET) Model The n-channel JFET model used in SPICE is shown in Figure 12. In the case of a p-channel device, the terminal voltages V GD, V GS and V DS must be inverted , The two gate junctions must be inverted and the direction of the non-linear current source must be inverted.
