中职学校作为我国职业教育的重要组成部分,担负着为社会培养高素质技能型人才的使命。从分析中职建筑专业人才市场需求出发,对“建筑应用电工”课程教学实践中存在的问题进行了剖析,进而结合教学实践,提出基于人才市场需求的“建筑应用电工”课程改革对策,以期为提高中职教学质量,培养更多社会需要的人才提供理论借鉴。
As an important part of vocational education in our country, vocational schools shoulder the mission of cultivating high-quality skilled personnel for the society. Based on the analysis of the market demand of professional construction professionals, this paper analyzes the existing problems in teaching practice of “Applied Electricians in Building Applications”, and then puts forward the curriculum reform of “Electricians in Building Applications” based on the demand of talent market according to the teaching practice Countermeasures, in order to improve the quality of teaching in secondary vocational schools to develop more talents to provide theoretical references.
