从心理学的角度来看:记忆的过程就是识记——保持——再现(再认,重现)的过程。而数学记忆力则是一种对于概括、形式化结构和逻辑模式的记忆力,它是数学能力的重要方面,是和学习能力联在一起的有机整体。为此,我在教学中通过引导和帮助学生记数学笔记来加深学生对知识的理解,达到培养学生良好的记忆品质和思维品质的目的。下面是我指导学生做笔记的十种形式。
