目的 研究E 钙粘蛋白、CD44v6在肝癌组织中的表达及与肝癌病理生物学行为之间的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学染色法对 5 6例肝癌标本进行染色。结果 肝癌组织比相应的癌旁肝组织中E 钙粘蛋白表达明显减低 ,减低率为 72 .3% ( 4 1/5 6 )。E 钙粘蛋白表达减低与癌灶大小 ,包膜情况显著相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。高侵袭性肝癌组与低侵袭性肝癌组相比 ,E 钙粘蛋白表达减低也更加明显 (P <0 .0 5 )。CD44v6表达绝大多数位于肝癌组织中 ,阳性率为 42 .9% ( 2 4/5 6 ) ,未显示其与肝癌临床病理学特征的相关性。结论 E 钙粘蛋白在肝癌组织中表达减低 ,并与肝癌病理生物学特性及肝癌的浸润侵袭相关 ;CD44v6表达与肝癌病理生物学特性及肝癌的浸润侵袭无明显相关 ;联合应用这两种粘附分子对于判断肝癌浸润侵袭有重要价值。
Objective To study the relationship between the expression of E-cadherin and CD44v6 in hepatocellular carcinoma and its pathological biological behavior. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to stain 56 specimens of liver cancer. Results The expression of E-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma tissue was significantly lower than that in corresponding para-carcinoma tissue. The reduction rate was 72.3% (4 1/5 6 ). The decreased expression of E-cadherin was significantly correlated with the size of the foci and envelope (P < 0.05). The decrease in E-cadherin expression was also more pronounced in the high-invasive liver cancer group than in the low-invasive liver cancer group (P < 0.05). The majority of CD44v6 expression was located in the liver cancer tissues, with a positive rate of 42.9% (2 4/5 6 ). The correlation between the expression of CD44v6 and the clinicopathological features of liver cancer was not shown. Conclusion The expression of E-cadherin in hepatocellular carcinoma is reduced, and it is related to the pathological biological characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma and invasion and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma. The expression of CD44v6 is not associated with the pathological biological characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma and invasion and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma; combined application of these two adhesions. The molecules are of great value in judging invasion and invasion of liver cancer.
