通过室内试验,分析了粗细集料含量、粗集料针片状颗粒含量、沥青用量等不同因素对经济型SMA混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性及水稳定性的影响规律。试验结果表明,以高低温性能兼顾最优为原则,经济型SMA混合料粗集料的最佳含量为74%,粗集料针片状颗粒含量不应大于12%。对实体工程的跟踪检测发现,经济型SMA路面具有优良的路用性能,其抗滑性能初期衰减较快,之后逐渐趋于稳定,且满足路用要求。
Through laboratory tests, the effects of different factors, such as the content of coarse and fine aggregate, the content of coarse aggregate flaky particles and the amount of asphalt, on the high temperature stability, low temperature cracking resistance and water stability of economical SMA mixture were analyzed. The experimental results show that the optimum content of economical SMA mixture coarse aggregate is 74% and the coarse aggregate needle tablet particle content should not be larger than 12% based on the principle of both high and low temperature balance. The physical engineering tracking test found that economical SMA pavement has excellent road performance, its anti-skid performance early decay faster, and then gradually stabilized, and meet the road requirements.
