本文采用家兔阴道避孕法(RVCM)观察了棉酚乙酸—聚维酮共沉淀物薄膜(GPC)在家兔阴道内的避孕效果。GPC薄膜组的避孕有效率为94.7%,烷苯聚醇醚薄膜组为98.1%;空白薄膜对照组为8.8%,三者经x~2处理有非常显著的差异(P<0.01),而前两者相比,统计学上无显著差异(P>0.05)。以上结果提示,棉酚—聚维酮共沉淀物作为阴道避孕药使用是有可能的,其作用方式可能是直接杀精致/或抑制精子酶活性。家兔阴道避孕法作为一种临床前研究外用避孕药的动物模型是可行的。
In this paper, rabbit vaginal contraception (RVCM) was used to observe the vaginal contraceptive effect of gypsum acetate-povidone co-precipitate film (GPC) in rabbits. The contraceptive effective rate was 94.7% in the GPC film group, 98.1% in the alkylbenzene polyether ether film group and 8.8% in the blank film control group. There was a significant difference (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The above results suggest that it is possible to use gossypol-povidone coprecipitate as vaginal contraceptives, and its mode of action may be direct spermicidal activity or inhibition of sperm enzyme activity. Rabbit vaginal contraception as a preclinical study of topical contraceptive animal model is feasible.
