目的通过对38例眼睑痉挛患者的治疗,分析A型肉毒毒素治疗眼睑痉挛的疗效。方法根据病情需要采用A型肉毒毒素分别注射于上下眼睑,有残存痉挛的可以在2周后重复注射。结果38例(40只眼)患者均于注射后1~2 d内症状开始缓解,1~2周明显好转。其中,完全缓解16例(17只眼);明显缓解19例(20只眼);部分缓解2例(2只眼)。结论A型肉毒毒素局部注射治疗眼睑痉挛简单易行、毒副作用小、疗效确切、患者易于接受,但是复发率高。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of botulinum toxin type A on blepharospasm by treating 38 patients with blepharospasm. Methods According to the needs of the disease with botulinum toxin type A were injected on the upper and lower eyelids, residual spasm can be repeated injections after 2 weeks. Results In 38 cases (40 eyes), the symptoms began to be relieved within 1-2 days after injection, and the symptoms improved obviously in 1-2 weeks. Among them, 16 cases (17 eyes) were completely relieved; 19 cases (20 eyes) were relieved obviously; and 2 cases (2 eyes) partially relieved. Conclusion Botulinum toxin type A is easy to treat with blepharospasm. The side effect is small and the curative effect is exact. The patients are easy to accept, but the recurrence rate is high.
