改革开放20余年的实践表明,企业要保持经久不衰、兴旺发达,必须树立与时俱进的管理理念,才能适应市场经济要求,在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。 就出版社而论,在深化出版改革,强化企业管理的同时,首先应着眼于解放思想,转变那些不合时宜的观念,树立与时俱进的管理理念。这就要着重于员工管理、决策管理、财务管理和营销管理理念的科学化、民主化和现代化。
The practice of more than 20 years of reform and opening up shows that enterprises must maintain the management philosophy of keeping pace with the times so as to meet the requirements of the market economy and remain invincible in the fierce market competition. As far as the publishing houses are concerned, while deepening the reform of publishing and strengthening the management of enterprises, we should first of all focus on emancipating the mind, changing those outdated concepts and establishing management concepts that are advancing with the times. This should focus on staff management, decision-making management, financial management and marketing management concept of scientific, democratization and modernization.
