本文应用能量守恒和边界层理论,在可接受的假设条件下,经过理论推导和试验数据的拟合,获得了汽油机缸盖瞬时换热系数计算的关系式。并将根据该计算式的计算值和相应工况的实测值作了比较,两者是十分相近的。此外,关于燃气温度T_g对α值的影响众说纷纭。本文经过理论推导所得出的T_g对α值的影响的结论也有助于对这一问题的探讨。
In this paper, using the theory of energy conservation and boundary layer, under the condition of acceptable hypothesis, through the theoretical derivation and experimental data fitting, obtained the relationship between the instantaneous heat transfer coefficient calculation of gasoline engine cylinder head. And will be based on the calculation of the calculated value and the corresponding operating conditions were compared to the actual value of the two are very similar. In addition, there are different opinions on the influence of gas temperature T_g on α value. The conclusion of this paper that the T_g derived from the theoretical deduction has an influence on the α value also contributes to the exploration of this issue.
