1现状吉林省磐石市现有种子代销商店近200家,经销的品种超过100个,而种子质量的好坏涉及农民消费者的切身利益。磐石市种子市场大部分经营者具有法律意识规范经营,然而也存在着少数不规范经营行为。主要表现在种子标签上没有种子使用说明和合法信息、经营者未到农业部门备案、没有依法建立种业经营档案、种业经营者经营出售未经审定品种的种子、夸大虚假宣传误导农民、进行欺诈销售及逃避检查等方面。
1 Status Currently, there are nearly 200 seed seed shops in Panshi, Jilin Province. There are more than 100 kinds of seeds sold, and the quality of the seed is related to the vital interests of farmers. Most of the operators of Panshi Seed Market have legal consciousness and operation, however, there are also a few non-standard operation behaviors. Mainly in the seed tag without seed instructions and legal information, the operator has not yet filed a report to the agricultural sector, there is no law to establish a seed file, seed operators to sell untested varieties of seeds, exaggerate the false propaganda mislead the farmers to carry out Fraud sales and to avoid checking and so on.
