After the surrender of Japan in August 1945, the People’s Army of the Eighth Route Army and other people’s armed forces, at the very beginning of the northeast, attached great importance to the restoration and development of the cause of the Northeast Railway and quickly sent personnel to receive some of the Japanese and Fake Railway administrations. For military transport, logistics supply and operational needs, the formation of railroad road force was mentioned on the agenda.
