热网数据监测系统的开发与应用

供热是一项改善环境污染、经济效益较大的社会公益性事业,随着电力工业向自动化方向发展,对供热生产的安全可靠性提出了越来越高的要求。南区热网分东线、南线、中线、北线四条主管道,供应南市区、卢湾区170多家企事业单位的生产、生活用汽,扩建规模供汽用户发展到300家以上。在此之前用户用汽量积算抄报、汇总统计、结算、热值换算、热损平衡均采用人工方法,落后且容易产生操作误差,致使热网每年约有30%的经济损失。为了加强对供热生产的科学管理,根据南区热网系统的要求,从实用角度综合性考虑,将供热 Heating is a public welfare improvement of environmental pollution and economic benefits.
