吡喹酮硅橡胶植入物为新的长效缓释剂型,本实验通过吡喹酮硅橡胶植入物埋入小鼠体内后,测定不同时间的血药浓度,然后应用微机计算药代动力学参数,所用软件为(PKBP-NI)药物动力学和生物药剂学程序包血管外给药开放二室模型。得到的药代参数供进一步研究吡喹酮长效缓剂型提供参考。 1.材料:吡喹酮标准品(西德E.MERCK厂提供)。吡喹酮硅橡胶植入物(本所与上海橡胶制品研究所共同研制)。内标物-2-环庚羧基-4-氧代-1、2、3、6、7、11b六氢-4H-吡嗪并[2、1-α]-
