大型航空母舰是美国海军对海和对陆打击的主力,也是美国海军中采购和运行费用最昂贵的舰只。现在,美国海军现役的航空母舰数量已经被压缩到最低限度,如何将有限数量的航母的作战效率充分发挥出来,是美国海军以及相关的科研机构共同关心的问题。航母的空中作战依靠舰载机,而舰载机的出勤效率与甲板、机库的设置以及工作流程密切相关。为了在这一方面挖掘潜力,美国海军研究生院探讨了一种使用垂直起降战斗机的航空母舰方案——S-CVX的舰只系统工程总体设计。S-CVX的舰载机联队由45架F-35B、10架V-22、5架SH-60组成。在S-CVX的方案设计过程中,美国海军研究生院开辟了一种全新的甲板布置思路,围绕舰岛对飞行甲板布置进行革命性的创新。
The large aircraft carrier is the main force of the U.S. Navy’s attack on the sea and on the land. It is also the most expensive vessel for procurement and operation in the U.S. Navy. Now that the number of active carriers of the U.S. Navy has been reduced to a minimum, how to maximize the operational efficiency of a limited number of aircraft carriers is a common concern for the U.S. Navy and related scientific research institutions. Aircraft carrier air combat rely on carrier aircraft, and carrier aircraft attendance efficiency and deck, hangar settings and work processes are closely related. To explore the potential in this area, the US Navy Graduate School explores the overall design of a S-CVX shipborne system project for an aircraft carrier scheme using vertical take-off and landing fighters. The carrier-class wing of the S-CVX consists of 45 F-35Bs, 10 V-22s and 5 SH-60s. In the S-CVX program design process, the US Navy Graduate School opened up a whole new idea of deck layout and revolutionized flight deck layout around the island.
