充气/泡沫钻井与常规液相欠平衡钻井相比,能够进一步的降低循环介质密度,保护储层,提高钻速。常规的充气钻井一般采用空压机和增压机共同作用将气体注入到循环介质内实现充气目的。泡沫钻井一般采用雾化泵供液,空压机和增压机供气,然后进行混合注入。这样都避免不了用增压机作为动力源。气液混合注入泵是利用了泥浆泵作为动力源,增加一套简单的混合增压装置就能够将气体增压至原泥浆泵的压力,省去了增压机,在成本上大大降低。同时,由于减少了设备的投入,在能量消耗上也有明显降低。因此该项技术具有广阔的应用前景。
