目的:比较超声波和传统慢速手机在离体后牙进行根尖倒预备窝洞壁清洁度的差异。方法:近中根含2个主根管的离体下颌第一磨牙32颗,随机分为2组,每组16颗,分别采用2种处理方式进行根尖倒预备。超声波组用超声波配金刚砂尖Berutti与镍钛尖RE2,慢速手机组用慢速手机配2#圆钻。扫描电镜下评价窝洞壁碎屑和玷污层。采用SPSS 13.0软件包对数据进行Kruskal Wallis秩和检验。结果:超声波倒预备的窝洞壁碎屑和玷污层显著少于慢速手机(P<0.05)。结论:超声波对后牙进行根尖倒预备能获得较清洁的窝洞。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the differences of the cleanliness of the cave walls between the ultrasonic and the traditional slow handpiece in the tip of the detached tooth. Methods: 32 proximal mandibular first molars with 2 primary root canals were randomly divided into 2 groups (n = 16 each). Two kinds of treatment were used to prepare the root tips. Ultrasonic group with diamond tip Berutti nickel-titanium tip RE2, slow phone group with a slow phone with 2 # round diamond. Scanning electron microscopy evaluation of cave wall debris and smear layer. Data were subjected to Kruskal Wallis rank sum test using SPSS 13.0 software package. Results: Ultrasound was significantly less than that of the slow handpiece (P <0.05) in the cave walls and the smear layer. CONCLUSIONS: Sonication of the posterior teeth by the ultrasonic wave can provide cleaner cavities.
