基于《上海市青浦城区总体规划修改(2010)》、青浦区第二次经济普查和人口六普数据,运用互斥度、分布差异度、分布差异数和效率——负荷差异数4项指标,系统地描述了上海市青浦新城城市空间结构与就业岗位的分布差异。得出青浦新城城市空间结构与就业岗位的分布差异特点如下:①城乡建设用地总面积、城市道路长度与就业岗位的分布差异较小:居住用地、公共服务设施用地、工业用地、村庄建设用地的面积与就业岗位的分布差异有高有低;教育设施、居民服务设施、医疗福利设施、文化娱乐设施的规模与就业岗位的分布差异较大;②总体就业岗位数与城市空间结构的分布差异较小;制造业、外资企业、港澳台资企业、污染密集产业的就业岗位与居住用地面积、教育设施规模、居民服务设施规模、医疗福利设施规模、文化娱乐设施规模的分布差异较大;生产性服务业、批发和零售业的就业岗位与城乡建设用地总面积、工业用地面积、村庄建设用地面积的分布差异较大;③分布差异显著的单元有的就业岗位高度集中,有的以居住功能为主。
