检测70例RRTI患儿外用血T淋巴细胞亚群以及血清Ig含量，结果表明RRTI患儿CD3、CD4和CD4／CD8比值均明显低于对照组，CD8明显高于对照组，血清IgG明显低于对照组，提示RRTI患儿细胞免疫功能处于明显低下状态、T细胞亚群功能失调。RRTI患儿CD3、CD4以及IgG与患儿的感染频率、每次感染持续时间均呈高度负相关，提示RRTI是机体免疫功能失调的主要原因，同时两者的关系又是互为因果的。
The levels of T lymphocyte subsets and serum Ig in 70 children with RRTI were detected. The results showed that the ratios of CD3, CD4 and CD4 / CD8 in RRTI children were significantly lower than those in control group, and CD8 was significantly higher than that in control group Control group, suggesting that children with RRTI cellular immune function was significantly lower state, T cell subsets dysfunction. RRTI children with CD3, CD4 and IgG infection frequency and duration of infection were highly negative correlation, suggesting RRTI is the main cause of immune dysfunction in the body, while the relationship between the two are mutually causal.
